What file types do you accept?
We accept STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP and STP model files, plus ZIP, PDF, JPG and PNG for reference.
Can you print my STL file?
Yes. Upload it on the custom printing page and we'll review it and send a quote.
Can you design something for me?
We can. Choose "I need the part designed" on the quote form and describe your idea.
What materials do you print with?
PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and Nylon. See our Materials page for guidance on each.
How long does printing take?
It depends on size and complexity. Most made-to-order items ship within a few business days.
Can you make replacement parts?
Yes — even from a photo or the broken original in many cases.
Do you offer bulk printing?

Can businesses order from you?
Absolutely. We work with businesses on prototypes, branded items and fixtures.
What if I only have a photo of the part?
That's often enough to start. Send the photo and measurements if you have them.
